Nature of our products
Vijaya Lakshmi Rank Sutra (VLRS) primarily delivers digital educational services: online test series, practice questions, analytics, and downloadable or viewable learning content through our website and platform.
We do not ship physical textbooks, CDs, or merchandise by default. Unless you explicitly purchase a physical product on a future checkout page that shows shipping charges and delivery timelines, all fulfilment is digital.
Digital delivery
- Access: After successful payment (e.g. ₹499 annual test series subscription), access is typically activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed by our payment partner—often within minutes.
- Where to use: Log in with your registered email and password to use tests, dashboards, and materials included in your plan.
- Email: You may receive confirmation or receipt by email. Check spam/junk folders if you do not see it.
Physical goods (if applicable in future)
If VLRS offers physical products (books, study kits, merchandise):
- Shipping charges, estimated delivery time, and courier will be shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery will be made to the address you provide. You are responsible for accurate address and contact details.
- Risk of loss passes according to courier terms; for issues, contact us with your order ID.
- Returns for physical goods (if offered) will be governed by the return window stated on the product page and this policy as updated.
